Rehomed to Logan, Qld in December 2007 - Clyde was only in foster care for a matter of days before the decision was made to make it permanent. He settled in so well that his foster carer was happy for him to stay & "Blackie", as he is now known, is company for Katie the elderly, vision-impaired lab & has a wonderful life in his new forever home. |

Rehomed to Burleigh Waters in October 2007 - now known as "Cleo", this gorgeous little girl has found peace, love & pampering with a lovely young family with 2 kids who all adore her. Dumped in a pound with broken toes & lucky enough to catch the attention of a nice Council ranger who appreciated her sweet, gentle personality & was happy to co-ordinate her rescue with us, Cleo soon found herself in a permanent loving home. She wasn't even here long enough for us to take a photo! {sigh} Another happy ending. |

Billy's new owners were looking for a doggy companion for their German Shepherd x Great Dane, who was pining after losing a long time mate. So far, Billy has slotted right in to his new home and we hope he continues along this path for a long time to come! |

He gets along fine with the family cat & has started a local obedience training course. His new owners adore him, including the boy's grandmother who comes over to keep both Alec & Rocky company when Mum has to work back late. A lovely new life for this lovely, gentle dog! |

This young Greyhound, with his very sweet, gentle nature & happy, easygoing disposition would have adapted to any situation & was much in demand, but he has the perfect forever home, often choosing to camp on the floor of his 10 year old boy's room, upon layers of clothing that are lying there (he thinks for his benefit) & adding to this pile by dragging slippers, ugh boots, stuffed toys & socks. A much-loved young pup! |

Rehomed to Highland Park, Qld in July 2007, Wally, the big, lovable boofhead is now the adored pet of a family who, although initially concerned about his rather large size, instantly fell in love with this laid-back hound. Pleasantly surprised at how easily he settled into their family life, Wally's family are all very happy with the decision to fence their yard & get a dog, so much so that the father asked jokingly if he could trade his 2 sons for 2 more Greyhounds. |

Casper is now the pride & joy of a Welsh family who have recently immigrated & had decided back in the UK that they would one day have a Greyhound. As soon as they settled into their new home on the Gold Coast, the surgeon & his family, consisting of 3 kids (10, 7, & 4 years old) adopted Casper, who is best friends with their newly rescued miniature Dachsund puppy, Daisy. So loved is the affectionate Casper that he often gets around with a lipstick kiss on his nose! |

The lucky new owners wanted a friendly, outgoing dog that would be good with their 3 year old son & friends with their elderly male Jack Russell & would help with the promotion of Greyhounds as pets. No problem there! Foxy is a very sweet, very easygoing, attractive & affectionate girl & will be a wonderful ambassador for Greyhound adoption in their area. |

Living with a couple that have always had Great Danes but wanted to provide a home for a rescue dog, she is now their much-loved pampered pet. The beautiful Pix was rehomed in April 2007 to a young family with 3 year old twins. The family had not known about how great the greyhound is as a pet, and after doing some research, decided to invite Pixie into their home. Pix now enjoys her days lazing by the pool on her "day bed" and sleeping at night in her climate controlled "bedroom". She is getting along well with the family cat, and is a very happy, lucky dog! |
