Floyd has settled into pet life very quickly and was roaching in the lounge within days of being in his foster home.

He loves toys and meeting new people. He loves his food and needs some gentle reminding that not all food is his but has improved significantly while being in foster care. As Floyd is food motivated, he is very easy to train and recognises his name. While he spends most of his day snoozing, he gets bursts of energy for playtime and loves to chew on toys and do zoomies in the yard. Floyd does well being at home in a secure yard during the day while his foster parents are at work.

Floyd is a gentle boy and gets on well with his foster sister, who is another greyhound. He also interacts well with small dogs he meets on walks. After the initial excitement of walk time Floyd is excellent on the lead and doesn’t pull. He enjoys his daily walks.

He has a lot of love to give and can’t wait to cuddle up to his new family.
