I am Jake, a mature gentle hound, I’m nearly 9 years young. I was adopted almost 5 years ago and have been happily living as an only dog. Unfortunately, because of unforeseen personal circumstances, my Mum could no longer keep me so I returned to Friends of the Hound.
I am currently living with my foster parents in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, and I have other hounds to play with, we all get along greyt together but I would really like my own place again. I don’t think I would like cats though, but am such a good boy when I go out for a walk, ignoring other dogs and just loving life and enjoying sniffari’s.
I just love playing with my toys and relocating the lovely doorstops from the front door – I think they look much better on my bed or on the grass in the backyard. I don’t destroy them, I just like to have all my favourite things around me.
