Petra is five years young in April she has been with FOTH for about 18 months when she came into us she had a broken pelvis from racing that had had bodgy surgery so she was in need of a hip replacement which she has had done January 2021 then all the after care that was required. She has had her last X-rays and now has the all clear to be adopted.

Petra is a sweet and gentle natured lady. She is quiet and shy at first but settles into a routine easily. Petra takes going to a new foster career in her stride but now it is time for her to have her forever home.

Petra loves her walks and swims and can do stairs. She is discovering her playful side with toys and loves to do the odd zoomie. She is great with toileting and loves a sleep in (no 5 am starts for this girl!)

Petra is respectful in the house and would be suited to home with another dog or on her own. Her perfect scenario would be if you worked from home or only worked half days. She loves the company of people but doesn’t suffer from anxiety.
