Last weekend saw the first FOTH Hound Walk in Newcastle. Organiser, Janette Cocks, planned the day to promote Greyhounds as pets and raise further awareness of their plight in the region. An article in the Newcastle Heraldlast week featured Janette and the amazing work she does in saving and rehoming Greyhounds.

The walk, along the Newcastle Foreshore was a great success, with hounds and humans all enjoying the sunshine and company. It brought together Greyhound devotees from far and wide, proudly parading 28 happy dogs.
