What a perfect day for a market stall 🌞

Today we were at the Puppy Palooza- the Redlands Coast Pup-Up Markets in Qld.

Our market stalls are fantastic opportunities for us to advocate for Greyhounds, talk to the public about the Greyhound Racing Industry and promote Greyhounds as pets. For many people seeing a Greyhound at one of our stalls is the first time they've seen one 'in real life'. It is often the starting point for many people on their journey as foster carer or adopter.

Thanks to everyone who came along today to help, and thanks to the wonderful houndie ambassadors to came along.

The public hearing for the Inquiry into Commercial

The public hearing for the Inquiry into Commercial Greyhound Export and Import Prohibition Bill is Friday Sept 15.
It will be streamed so you can watch or listen live. Coalition for the Protection of Greyhounds and Free the Hounds will be speaking from approximately 9.50am -10.30am.
Joining them will be RSPCA, Animals Australia, Animal Liberation, Greyhound Rescue and GREY2K USA.

Imagine how life has changed for the lovely Tina 💜
Within the space of 2 days she's gone from being trapped in the racing industry to being in foster care. This is her first experience of life in a home, of comforts and of love.

Tina has the most enormous overbite and beautiful, gentle eyes 🥰

This sweet girl has come a long way since coming into foster care 2 months ago. She's enjoying having a crew of foster siblings and has learnt to love cuddles. She has put on weight and is healthy and happy.
